Originally from Cantabria, in Spain, I started my culinary journey with Cristina Hornedo Food Stylist and Business catering in Madrid, Spain.
Throughout my career, I have predominantly worked in open kitchen restaurants, where the art of show cooking and seamless communication with guests were essential. This environment allowed me to create memorable dining experiences by engaging with customers and showcasing my culinary creativity.
During my journey in Switzerland, I had the opportunity to work alongside Michelin-starred chef Sergi Arola at W Hotel Verbier. This experience allowed me to refine my skills and learn from one of the best in the industry.
During my year trip in Australia, I joined the esteemed Chef Ben Deblin (Queensland best chef of the year 2016) at the Halcyon House Boutique Hotel.
After coming back to Switzerland I joint Cesar Ritz Culinary School, where not only I expanded my knowledge but also had the privilege of instructing aspiring chefs as a Chef Instructor.
Additionally, I have had the pleasure of serving as a Private Chef in Chalet Spa a luxury chalet located in Verbier. And afterwards working as a Sous chef at Chalet Blanc exclusive private club at Savoleyres, having the opportunity of evolve and learned from Gabriel Kirijanovas, his Chef.
Being a private chef demanded exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of personalised culinary experiences, catering to the discerning tastes of high-end clientele.
